Arco Iris - Program for mentally retarded children and adults.
Asilo de Anciano "La Providencia" - Home for elderly people needing special care beyond the home.
Casa de Los Tres Mundos - Organization that works to promote popular Nica culture.
Cristo Sana - Attends to street children addicted to glue sniffing.
Escuela de Bellas Artes - El maestro Pedro Vargas gives classes in painting and sculpture for low-income Granada youth.
FETSALUD - Health workers’ union.
Hermanos de Cristo Rey - Catholic organization attending to vulnerable adolescents and abandoned and abused children.
Hogar Alegría - Catholic orphanage for children and adolescent girls.
Ixchen - Health, legal and psychological services for women.
La Casa del Niñez - Works with street children and youth.
Los Quinchos - Serves children 10 to 17 years of age who have problems of addiction or are at risk of same. Various programs include education, work and recreation.
Movimiento Comunal "Los Caracolitos" - Education and Nutrition programs for children.
Misioneras de la Caridad - Catholic organization assisting persons suffering from psychological traumas resulting from phsyical and mental abuse.
Movimiento de Mujeres Desempleadas M.E.C. - Legal, financial aid for women with microbusiness and financial aid for homes.
Sistema Penitenciario de Granada - Departmental rehabilitative prison, originally a project of the Sandinista Revolution, designed to provide basic education and teach marketable job skills to men and women prisoners.
UNAG - Union of agricultural and cattle farmers which also supports programs for women's productive cooperatives.
